The Problem

Humana’s rebrand of HumanaVitality to Go365 created a need to replace fragmented legacy experiences with a unified design system and web application that consolidated content and interfaces. The redesign needed to clearly communicate the task based rewards journey and member benefits to lift engagement and retention.

Six Weekly Sprints

The weekly sprints included immersion, three product design categories, summarizing & validation, and design planning.

Discovery Phase

  • Benchmarked wellness and adjacent apps to set visual principles, tone, and communication cues.

  • Mapped the current state journey to capture key interactions and user questions.

  • Ran “How might we” ideation to motivate participation and support progress, then defined a future state journey to guide design.

Design Phase (Health Assessment)

We shaped the Health Assessment into a simple, supportive flow that makes complex health information easy to act on. Using progressive disclosure and clear visual cues, the experience keeps questions manageable and ties completion to understanding Vitality Age and next steps. Results are presented in plain language with gentle guidance toward relevant activities to sustain motivation.
